Abstract

The contents of columbianetin acetate and columbianadin in roots of Angelica biserrata ( Shan et Yuan) Yuan et Shan
were determined by HPLC method.The results showed that the contents of columbianetin acetate and columbianadin are 0 .21 %and 0 .72% respectively.This method is simple, rapid and accurate.It is provided a better method for the determination of two coumarins in this plants.
