从短茎古当归〔Archangelica brevicaulis ( Rupr.) Rchb.〕根中分得 6 个结晶, 采用 I R、MS、NMR 等方 法, 鉴 定了 4 个化 合物, 即甲氧基欧芹素( 蛇床子内酯, osthol, Ⅰ ) 、欧前胡素( imperatorin, Ⅱ) 、古当归素( archangelicin, Ⅳ) 、二十八烷酸( octacosanic acid, Ⅴ ) 。 结晶Ⅳ和Ⅴ为首次从该植物中分出。 古当归素为生物合成中最高阶段产物, 是本种的特征性成分。
 

Four coumarins, one fatty acid and triterpenoid w ere isolated from the root of Archangelica brevicaulis ( Rupr.) Rchb .The four com pounds w ere identified as osthol ( Ⅰ) , imperato rin ( Ⅱ) , archangelicin ( Ⅳ) , octacosanoic acid ( Ⅴ) by means of IR,MS, NM R, spectral evidences .The chemical data procured would afford basis information and use for the study of A .brevicaulis ( Rupr .) Rchb .
