摘要 | 采用气 -质联用的方法 ,对国产野生薄荷 ( Mentha haplocalyx Briq. )居群的挥发油成分进行了 分析 , 22个样品可归纳为 6个化学型: ( 1) 薄荷酮 -胡薄荷酮型 ( menthone-pulegone type) ; ( 2)胡椒酮型 ( piperitone type) ; ( 3) 氧化胡椒酮 -氧化胡椒烯酮型 ( piperitone oxide-piperitenone oxide type ); ( 4) 芳樟醇-氧化胡椒酮型 ( linalool-piperitone oxide type ); ( 5) 香芹酮型 ( carvone type) ; ( 6)薄荷醇 -乙酸薄荷酯型 ( menthol-menthy l acetate type)。 结合地理分布和薄荷属单萜类成分生物合 |
Abstract | The essential oils from tw enty -two population samples of Mentha haplocalyx Briq. in China were investigated by means of GC-MS. Six chemo types have been found, w hich are characterized by the main components: ( 1) menthone-pulegone; ( 2)piperitone; ( 3) piperitone oxide-piperitentone oxide; ( 4) linalool-piperitone oxide;( 5) carvone; ( 6) menthol-menthyl acetate. The chemical variability of monoterpenes in Mentha haplocalyx are discussed through geographic distribution, genetics and biosynthetic pathways. |
