摘要

从蒺藜科植物唐古特白刺(Nitraria tangutorum Bor.)叶中分得 8 个黄酮类及酚酸类化合, 经理化常数测定和波谱学方法确定了它们的化学结构, 分别为:3-甲氧基-4-羟基-反式桂皮酸(1)、-羟基-反式肉桂酸(2)、3-羟基-4-甲氧基-苯甲酸(3)、-羟基苯甲酸(4)、3, 5-二甲醚-山柰黄-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙(5)、3-甲醚-山柰黄素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙(6)、异鼠李素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙
(7)、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-芸香糖甙(8)。 以上化合物均为首次从该植物中得到,
可以作为白刺属化学分类学的特征性化合物
 

Abstract

Eight compounds were isolated from the leaves of Nitraria tangutorum Bor. (Zygophyllaceae)endemic to China and were first reported .By spectroscopic studies their chemical structures w ere identified as :3-metho xy-4-hydroxy-(trans)-cinnamic acid (1), ρ-hy droxy-trans-cinnamic acid (2), 3-hydroxy-4-methoxy-benzene carboxylic acid (3), o-hy droxy-benzene carboxylic acid (4), 3 ,5-dimethylether-kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucoside (5), 3-methylether- kaempferol-7-O-β-D -glucoside (6),  isorhamnetin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (7), iso rham netin-3-O-β-D-rutinoside (8).All these compounds can be used as characteristic constituents for chemotaxonomy of this genus .
