牡丹冬季室内催花过程中内源激素含量的变化

摘要

牡丹品种朱砂垒(Paeonia suf fruticosa Andr. cv .Zhushalei)在冬季室内催花过程中 7 种内源激素含量变化不同玉米素核苷(Z+ZR)、生长素(IAA)和赤霉素(GA 3)的含量在花生长发育过程中处于较高水平;而脱落酸(A BA)、异戊烯基腺苷(I P+IPA)、二氢玉米素核苷(DHZ +DHZR)、霉素(GA4)的含量低于上述 3 种内源激素激素平衡方面, GAs/ ABA CT Ks/ ABA IAA/A BA 处于较高水平, 变化幅度较大在催花过程中, 内源激素以及其平衡影响牡丹花的生长发育本研究结果对牡丹花期调控提供理论依据
 

Abstract

Changes of seven endogenous phytohormones (ABA , cy tokinins , gibberellins and indole-3-acetic acid)w ere analy zed using the ELISA (Enzyme-linked Im munosorbent) in the course of forcing peony cultivar. Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. cv. Zhushalei was studied .The results showed that the contents of Z +ZR , IAA and GA3 were higher than other four hormones in the course of flow er development .Ratio of different hormones w as analyzed ;GAs/ABA , CTKs/ABA and IAA/ABA were larger than CTKs/GAs , C TK/IAA and GAs/ IAA .The endogenous ho rmones and its balance were closely related w ith peony flower development in the course.The results will provide scientific bases for controlling peony blooming duration .
