功能花卉的利用形式及功能成分研究现状与展望

摘要

花卉是美丽中国建设的重要物质基础,也是健康中国和农业现代化建设的组成部分,其中,功能花卉是指主要为获得食品、饮料、药品,用于工业加工和其他用途原料而种植的花卉。多种功能花卉具有悠久的食用和药用历史,这些花卉中的有效成分不但可以提高菜肴的风味和品质,更具有许多有益的功效,如抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、抗病毒、抗抑郁、抗癌、调节免疫力等。随着“大食物观”的推进和人民对高品质生活的需求不断提高,近年来功能花卉的研究和应用备受关注。本文综述了功能花卉利用现状(包括功能花卉的主要利用形式,功能花卉中酚类、萜类、含氮化合物的功能等)、功能花卉主要功能成分合成途径基因研究进展以及主要功能花卉的产业化现状。重点阐述了菊花〔Chrysanthemum × morifolium (Ramat.) Hemsl.〕、百合(Lilium brownii var. viridulum Baker)、牡丹(Paeonia × suffruticosa Andrews)、玫瑰(Rosa rugosa Thunb.)、忍冬(Lonicera japonica Thunb.)等主要功能花卉的主要功能成分的种类和功能、主要食品用途和产业应用情况。并对功能花卉未来复合多样化的应用形式、全过程高效绿色生产应用前景和功能花卉的精准育种研究进行了展望。

Abstract

 Flowers are important material basis for the construction of Beautiful China, and are also constituents of Healthy China and agricultural modernization construction, among them, functional flowers refer to flowers cultivated primarily for obtaining food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, industrial processing, and raw materials used for other purposes. Many functional flowers have a long history being used as food and medicine, and the active components in these flowers can not only enhance the flavor and quality of dishes but also possess numerous beneficial effects, such as anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, anti-viral, anti-depression,  anti-cancer,  immunity regulation, etc. With the promotion of the “all-encompassing approach to food” concept and the increasing demand for high-quality life among the people, research and application of functional flowers have received considerable attention in recent years. This article summarizes the current utilization status of functional flowers (including  main utilization forms of functional flowers, the functions of phenols, terpenoids, and nitrogencontaining compounds in functional flowers), the research progress on the synthetic pathway genes of the main functional components in functional flowers, and the industrialization status of main functional flowers. It focuses on elaborating the types and  functions of main functional components  in the main functional flowers including Chrysanthemum × morifolium (Ramat.) Hemsl., Lilium brownii var. viridulum Baker, Paeonia × suffruticosa Andrews, Rosa rugosa Thunb., and Lonicera japonica Thunb., as well as the main food uses and industrial applications. Furthermore, this article provides an outlook on future composite and diversified application forms of functional flowers, the prospects for efficient and green production application throughout the entire process, and the direction for precise breeding research in functional flowers.
