摘要 | 在·OH 、O 2 .和 H2 O2的产生和检测系统以及兔脑和肝组织匀浆中, 加入一定量的茵陈( Artimisia capillaris Thunb .) 水提液, 观察其与活性氧引发反应的竞争效应。结果表明, 茵陈水提液能显著降低·OH 作用下的水杨酸羟基化作用及O 2 ..介导的氮兰四唑( N BT ) 光化学还原, 而对 H2O2驱动的过氧化物-钛复合物的形成没有影响;显著抑制兔脑和肝组织匀浆的脂质过氧化作用。 提示茵陈水提液具有显著的抗氧化活性。 |
Abstract | The effects of active oxygen ( ·OH , O2 . and H2O2) in human body have been well known in damaging the membrane causing disease .Adding water extract of Artemisia capillaris Thunb. to the generating and detecting systems of hydroxyl radical ( ·OH) ,superoxide radical ( O2 . )and hydrogen peroxide ( H2 O2) for the observation on its competitive abilities to active reactions.The results indicated that the w ater extract from Artemisia capillaris could reduce ·OH initiated hydroxy lation of salicylate and inhibite O2 . mediated light chemical reduction of nitroblue tetrazolium ( NBT ) effectively , but it might not reduce H2O2 in driving the form. ation of peroxide-titanium complex . It has significant inhibition to lipid pero xidation of brain and liver homogentes of rabbit .The results indicated that the water extract of Artemisia capillaris is an effective scavenger of ·OH and O2 . , and has obviously activity of antioxidation . |
