亚油酸的品种大多来自中国。

Abstract | Through analysis on the composition of fatty acid of 2 048 accessions of safflower ( Carthamus
tinctorius L .) from 48 countries and regions, it shows that the average contents of palmitic acid, stearic acid,oleic acid and linoleic acid are 7 .30 %( 0 .99 %-29 .03 %) , 1 .28 % ( 0 .01 %-5 .71 %) , 15 .76 % (5 .00 %-81 .84 %) and 75 .33 % ( 11 .13 % -88 .30 %) respectively .Since the different geographic distributions of these germplasm, the contents of fatty acid of safflower oil from various areas in the World Collection of Safflower Germplasm ( WCSG) reveal a great difference .The average content of linoleic acid of the germplasm from Bangladesh is only 50 .68 %, however, the average content of linoleic acid of the germplasm from Austria is as high as 79 .04 %.Through careful evaluation, 10 varieties with high linoleic acid content and 10 varieties with high oleic acid content have been screened out .Three of accessions of high oleic acid content are from Bangladesh, and most of the germplasm of high linoleic acid content come from China.
