红豆杉及其近缘植物中紫杉醇与同系物的高效液相色谱分析

摘要

应用高效液相色谱法分析了云南３种红豆杉科植物、３种三尖杉科植物和１种罗汉松科植物不同部位的抗癌活性成分紫杉醇（ｔａｘｏｌ）及其同系物巴卡亭Ⅲ（ｂａｃｃａｔｉｎ Ⅲ）和赛法罗马宁（ｃｅｐｈａｌｏｍａｎｎｉｎｅ）的存在和含量，为合理开发并保护我国的有关植物资源提供依据。

Abstract

By the analysis of HPLC methed, the active composition and contents with anti-cancer effect of taxol and related compounds were detected in seven species of Taxaceae, Cephalotaxaceae and Podocarpaceae from southwest China, which will provide scientific basis to utilize and protect these plant resources.
