摘要

对采自长白山的野生人参与栽培人参( Panax ginseng C .A.M ey .) 种子的形态和醇溶蛋白进行比较观察和分析, 野生人参种子色泽较深, 表面纹饰较均匀, 长度和宽度较小, 种皮较薄;野生人参种子蛋白图谱条带较少, 且同一位点的蛋白含量较低, 但其籽粒间图谱有多态性从而说明野生人参与栽培人参在遗传上有一定差异
 

Abstract

M orphology and alcohol-soluble protein electrophoresis patterns of wild and cultivated ginseng ( Panax ginseng C .A .M ey .) seeds were compared and analysed .The results showed that there are significant differences in size, colour, shape and surface sculpture of seed between wild and cultivated ginseng ;The pattern of protein bands and protein content of the same loci in wild ginseng are less than those of cultivated ones, but polymorphism of the protein bands between wild seeds are present .It is confirmed that there is significant genetic difference between wild and cultivated ginseng .
