NaCl 胁迫对棉花种子萌发和幼苗生长的伤害

摘要

采用盐化土壤盆栽方法, 选择耐盐性较强品种枝棉 3 号和耐盐性较弱品种泗棉 2 , 研究了盐分对棉花( Gossypium hirsutum L.) 种子萌发出苗和幼苗生长的伤害结果表明, -0.55 -1.10 M Pa 盐分胁迫下, 棉花伤害起决定性作用的因子是 N a +200 mmol/ L NaCl 胁迫下, 枝棉 3 号种子萌发时电导率上升幅度和子叶CAT 下降幅度均显著小于泗棉 2 100 200 mmo l/ L NaCl 胁迫下, 枝棉 3 号幼苗功能叶 H2O 2含量和 M DA 量明显低于泗棉 2
 

Abstract

Two cotton ( Gossypium hirsutum L. ) cultivars Zhimian 3 ( salt-tolerant) and Simian 2 (salt-sensitive) were selected for researching the mechanism of injury to cotton at emergence and seedling stages by soil pot-culture under NaCl stress. The results showed that it was Na+ which played the decisive role in the injury under -0. 55 and -1. 10 MPa of NaCl stresses. The range of electrolytic conductivity increment and CAT activity decrement in cotyledon of Zhimian 3 was significantly lower than that of Simian 2 at the germination stage under 200 mmol/L NaCl stress; and so were the contents of H2O2 and MDA in functional leaf of seedlings in Zhimian 3 under 100, 200 mmol/L NaCl stresses.
