Abstract

The chemical constituents of essential oils from Cymbopogon distans (Nees ex Steud. ) Wats. and C. xichongensis R. Zhang et C. H. Li collected in Xichang were studied by using GC/MS system. The resul: showed that there is a negative correlation between the two relative species in their constituents of essential oils, which indicated that C. xichongensis a natural species (r=-0. 036, p<O. 01).
