互花米草总黄酮(T FS)是从互花米草(Spartina alterniflora Loisel)地上部分提取的生物活性物质, 局部用药的动物体内抗炎作用实验结果显示:1%和 3 % T FS 涂膜外用 2 h 对甲醛所致小鼠皮肤炎症和巴豆油诱发小鼠耳部水肿均表现明显抗炎作用, 并呈一定的量效关系;3 % TF S 涂膜外用对角叉菜胶所致大鼠踝关节肿胀有明显抑制作用, 致炎后 1 h 和 5 h 时肿胀度与各自的对照组相比有显著差异;4 % T FS 水溶液阴道给药 7 日对化学致炎的大鼠阴道损伤有治疗与修复作用。可见 T FS 外用具有一定的抗炎功效。
 

Total flavonoids of Spartina alterniflora (TFS)are bioactive materials isolated from Spartina alterniflora Loisel , a salt marsh plant .The anti-inflammatory effects of TFS were studied in mice and rats .At 1 h and 2 h after topically applying 1 %and 3 % TFS membrane , it was found marked anti-inflammatory effect either on formaldehy deinduced skin inflammation or on croton oil-induced earoedema in mice , and some doseeffect relationship was noted .Topically applied 3 % TFS membrane had obvious inhibitory effect on carrageenin-induced sw elling of the ankle in rats .The swelling degree at 1 h and 5 h after inflaming showed significant difference vs respective control . 4 % TFS solution which was administered intravaginally for 7 d had therapeutic and repair effect on chemicals-inflamed vaginal injury in rats .It was suggested that topically applied TFS possesses some anti-inflamm atory activities .
