4个六道木品种花挥发性成分分析
Analysis on volatile components in flowers of four Abelia spp. cultivars

摘要

采用固相微萃取(SPME)及气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对六道木(Abelia spp.)品种‘Francis Mason’、‘Ruby Anniversary’、‘Sparkling Silver’、‘Edward Goucher’的花挥发性成分进行分析。结果显示:4个六道木品种花挥发性成分分别有23、22、24和21种,其中,萜烯类化合物分别有16、14、14和18种;4个六道木品种的花挥发性成分包含萜烯类、醇类、醛类、酯类、酮类和烷烃类6类化合物,其中,在‘Francis Mason’和‘Sparkling Silver’中检测到这6类化合物,在‘Ruby Anniversary’中未检测到酮类化合物,在‘Edward Goucher’中未检测到醇类和醛类化合物。4个六道木品种花挥发性成分的共有成分有11种,其中,D-α-蒎烯和β-蒎烯的相对含量较高,苯甲醛在‘Francis Mason’、‘Ruby Anniversary’和‘Sparkling Silver’中的相对含量也较高。综上所述,供试4个六道木品种间的花挥发性成分存在明显差异。

Abstract

The volatile components in flowers of Abelia spp. cultivars ‘Francis Mason’, ‘Ruby Anniversary’, ‘Sparkling Silver’, and ‘Edward Goucher’ were analyzed by solid phase microextraction (SPME) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) technology. The results show that there are 23, 22, 24 and 21 volatile components in flowers of the four Abelia spp. cultivars, respectively, in which, there are 16, 14, 14, and 18 terpenes, respectively; the volatile components in flowers of the four Abelia spp. cultivars contain six types of compounds namely terpenes,  alcohols, aldehydes, esters, ketones, and alkanes, in which, all six types of compounds are detected in ‘Francis Mason’ and ‘Sparkling Silver’, ketones are not detected in ‘Ruby Anniversary’, and alcohols and aldehydes are not detected in ‘Edward Goucher’. There are 11 common components in flowers of the four Abelia spp. cultivars, in which, the relative contents of D-α-pinene and β-pinene are relatively high, while the relative contents of benzaldehyde in ‘Francis Mason’, ‘Ruby Anniversary’ and ‘Sparkling Silver’ are also relatively high. In conclusion, there are obvious differences in volatile components in flowers among the four test Abelia spp. cultivars.
