γ-射线对滇紫草细胞产生色素的影响

摘要

应用 5002 500 伦琴(R)60γ-射线照射滇紫草(Onosma paniculatum Bur. et Franch .)细胞系, 确定了应用 γ-射线处理促进紫草素合成的最适辐照剂量为 1 500 R, 处理后的细胞系在生产培养基上培养 21 d 后紫草素含量(以干重计)达到 94.79 mg/ g, 较对照提高了 144.6%, 通过小团块选种法从中筛选到了色素含量(以干重计)高达 103 .42 mg/g 的高产细胞系 M ut-1, 其营养生
长与对照相比没有差别

 

Abstract

The effect of different dosages 500 R, 1 000 R , 1 500 R, 2 000 R and 2 500 R of gamma-ray on the shikonin form. ation in cultured cells of Onosma paniculatum Buret. Franch. is reported . It is determined that the optimum dosage to stimulate the formation of shikonin is 1 500 R, a 144 .6 %increase of shikonin content was observed in the irradiated callus, w ith the 94 .79 mg/g (dry weig ht)of shikonin content . Furthermore, a high production cell line Mut-1 with 103 .42 mg/g (dry weight)of shikonin content was selected from the callus , there w as no significant difference in
growth between Mut
-1 and the control .
