银杏外种皮的双黄酮成分

摘要

从银杏(Ginkgo bilobaL.)外种皮的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到6个化合物,其中5个经物理常数及光谱(UV、IR、MS、NMR)分析鉴定为金松双黄酮(sciadopitysin)、银杏素(ginkgetin)、异银杏素(isoginkgetin)、I-5'-甲氧基白果素(I-5'-methoxy bilobetin)及白果素(bilobetin)。这些化合物均首次从银杏外种皮分离。


 

Abstract

Five known biflavones, sciadopitysin ( I ), ginkgetin ( Ⅲ) , isoginkgetin (Ⅴ), 1-5'-methoxy bilobetin ( Ⅶ ) and bilobetin (Ⅷ) were isolated from the fleshy testa of Ginkgo biluba L. collected in the campus of Beijing Medical University. The structure determination was based upon the physical & chemical data and spectroscopic analysis (UV , IR , MS , NMR) .They are the same as the contents of the leaves of Ginkgu biluba L. , but the biflavones are first isoIated from the testa part of this species.
