从银杏（Ginkgo bilobaＬ．）外种皮的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到６个化合物，其中５个经物理常数及光谱（ＵＶ、ＩＲ、ＭＳ、ＮＭＲ）分析鉴定为金松双黄酮（ｓｃｉａｄｏｐｉｔｙｓｉｎ）、银杏素（ｇｉｎｋｇｅｔｉｎ）、异银杏素（ｉｓｏｇｉｎｋｇｅｔｉｎ）、Ｉ－５＇－甲氧基白果素（Ｉ－５＇-ｍｅｔｈｏｘｙ ｂｉｌｏｂｅｔｉｎ）及白果素（ｂｉｌｏｂｅｔｉｎ）。这些化合物均首次从银杏外种皮分离。

Five known biflavones, sciadopitysin ( I ), ginkgetin ( Ⅲ) , isoginkgetin (Ⅴ), 1-5'-methoxy bilobetin ( Ⅶ ) and bilobetin (Ⅷ) were isolated from the fleshy testa of Ginkgo biluba L. collected in the campus of Beijing Medical University. The structure determination was based upon the physical & chemical data and spectroscopic analysis (UV , IR , MS , NMR) .They are the same as the contents of the leaves of Ginkgu biluba L. , but the biflavones are first isoIated from the testa part of this species.
