泰山前胡根的化学成分

摘要

从伞形科前胡属植物泰山前胡〔Peucedanum wawrii (Wolff)Su〕的根中分离得到 8 个化合物, 通过理化常数和波谱学方法确定其结构, 分别是:Pd-1b(Ⅴ), peucedanocoumarin Ⅱ(Ⅵ )、中甸前胡素(d-laserpitin Ⅶ )、佛手柑内酯(bergapten Ⅳ)、甘露醇(d-mannitol Ⅰ )、二十六烷酸(hex acosanoic acid Ⅲ)、 β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol Ⅱ)和胡萝卜甙(daucosterol Ⅷ )。 以上化合物均首次从该种植物中得到。
 

Abstract

Eight compounds were isolated from the root of Peucedanum wawrii (Wolff)Su By means of physico-chemical data and spectra analysis (UV , IR, 　 1HNMR, 　 13CNMR) , their structures were elucidated as Pd-1b (Ⅴ) , peucedanocoumarin Ⅱ (Ⅵ) , d-laserpitin ( Ⅶ ) , bergapten (Ⅳ) , dmannitol(Ⅰ) , hexacosanoic acid (Ⅲ) , β-sitosterol (Ⅱ)and daucosterol (Ⅷ).These compounds were found in this species for the first time.
