剪夏罗鲜汁及黄酮组分对体外Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒的抑制作用

摘要

在人胚肺纤维母细胞体外培养系统中, 以微量单层 细胞病变法观察剪夏罗 ( Lychnis coronata Thunb .) 鲜汁液及其黄酮组分对体外型单纯疱疹病毒增殖性感染的抑制作用剪夏罗高浓度鲜汁液( 150 120 110 稀释液) 及其高浓度黄酮组分 Ⅰ 、Ⅱ( >100 μg/ml) 对细胞有明显的毒性作用;剪夏罗鲜汁液 1100 1400 稀释液, 可明显抑制病毒复制, 使病毒诱导的细胞病
变明显减轻
, 培养液中子代病毒感染滴度明显下降, 且培养上清液中病毒感染滴度与鲜汁液和黄酮组分的浓度呈直线负相关;剪夏罗鲜汁液的黄酮组分Ⅰ 、Ⅱ10 μg/ ml0.1 μg/ml 浓度范围内对病毒诱导的细胞病变有明显的抑制作用
 

Abstract

From the HEPEB culture in vitro, the result showed that the fresh juice and its flavone component , from L ychnis coronata Thunb .leaves have the inhibition action on ultiplication of HSV-Ⅰ by the method of single layer of trace cells with pathological changes. It also indicated that the fresh juice of high concentration ( 150, 120, 110 dilution) and flavone components of high concentration ( >100 μg/ml) have distinct toxicity to cells. Fresh juice has apparent inhibition on virus reproduction in 1100 1400 dilute solution, w hich sharply decreases the cell pathological changes induced by virus . The infection titre of virus in filial generation is lower in culture liquid and that in upper clear culture liquid has straight line neg ative relation w ith the concentration of its preparation . The flavone component , in fresh juice of 10 μg/ml 0 .1 μg/ml concentration show ed distinct inhibition on cells pathological changes by the induction of virus .
