107 种植物叶蛋白产量及其蛋白质含量比较

Abstract

O ne hundred and seven species of forage plant have been used to extract leaf protein (LP)in this ex periment.T he result showed:12 species have the yield of LP (calculation in fresh weig ht)>2.9 g/100g, the percentage of protein in LP45%, the yield of protein (calculation in fresh weight)>2 g/100g, including Potamogeton malaianus Miq ., Chenopodium album L ., Medicago sativa L.,Broussonetia papyrifera (L.) Vent ., Helianthus tuberosus L., Atriplex centralasitica Iljin .,Indigofera bungeana Walp., Humulus scandens (Lour.) Merr., Ailanthus altissima (M ill.) Swingle, Convolvulus arvensis L., Caragana sinica (Buchoz.)Rehd and Sophora japonica L. in which seven species whose percentage of protein in LP are up to the first class standard of fish powder,four to second class and o ne to third.These 12 species can be reco mmended as optimum raw materials for producing leaf protein .
