红甜素对苹果、桃 、葡萄果实品质的影响

Abstract

The effects of Red-Sweet Agent on fruit quality were determined.The result showed that Brix and colouring index increased respectively 1 2°and 15%~ 20%, and mature period was earlier than control by spray ing 40 mg/kg Red-Sweet Agent PI10 upon apple, peach and grape in 40 d and 20 d before harvest .It is a usperior organic and toxin free inductor of Brix and colouring index .
