摘要 | 对4个采收时间(9月3日、9月17日、10月1日和10月7日)三叶木通〔Akebia trifoliata (Thunb.) Koidz.〕果实的物理参数以及营养成分和矿质元素含量进行测定和比较。结果表明:总体上看,随着采收时间的推迟,三叶木通果实的单果鲜质量、纵径、横径、含水量和可溶性糖含量逐渐增加,而硬度和大部分矿质元素含量逐渐降低。总体上看,10月1日,三叶木通果实的鲜质量、大小、含水量、可溶性糖含量和VC含量显著升高,硬度及大部分矿质元素含量显著降低,表明此时果实向生理成熟转变。综合考虑三叶木通果实的品质和耐贮藏性,建议在10月1日左右采收。

Abstract | The physical parameters and contents of nutritional components and mineral elements in Akebia trifoliata (Thunb.) Koidz. fruit at four harvesting times (Sept. 3, Sept. 17, Oct. 1, and Oct. 7) were determined and compared. The results show that in general, with the postponement of harvesting time, fresh mass per fruit, vertical diameter, horizontal diameter, moisture content, and soluble sugar content in A. trifoliata fruit gradually increase, while firmness and most mineral element contents gradually decrease. In general, on Oct. 1, the fresh mass, size, moisture content, soluble sugar content, and VC content in A. trifoliata fruit significantly increase, while firmness and most mineral element contents significantly decrease, indicating that the fruit is turning to physiologically mature at this time. Considering the fruit quality and storage stability of A. trifoliata, it is suggested to harvest about Oct. 1. |
