不同培养基及外源激素对西洋参毛状根的生长和皂甙含量的影响

摘要

分析了 1/ 2MS 改良 White SJ-1改良 NischB5B5-I 6 种液体培养基水解乳蛋白(LH)以及 IAA IBA NAA 6-BA ABA 5 种激素对西洋参(Panax quinquefolium L .)毛状根生长及皂甙含量的影响用高效液相色谱法测定部分毛状根样品的 4 种单体皂甙含量结果表明 SJ-1 B5培养基较好, 水解乳蛋白可增加毛状根的鲜重, 但降低毛状根中总皂甙的含量IAA IBA ABA 对毛状根的生长有促进作用, 6-BA 对皂甙积累有显著促进作用, 并较大幅度地提高 Rb1在总甙中所占的比例
 

Abstract

The growth speed and saponins content of Panax quinquefolium L.hairy root affected by 6 liquid
media
(1/2MS , modified-White , SJ-1 , modified-Nisch , B5 and B5-I), lactalbumin hydrolysace and 5 phytohormones (IAA , IBA , NAA , 6-BA and ABA)were studied.The contents of 4 kinds of ginsenoside have been determined with the method of high performance liquid chromatography. SJ-1 and B5 are fairly good media .The fresh weight increased but the content of saponins decreased when lactalbumin hydrolysace was added .The phytohormones of IAA , IBA and ABA could improve the growth speed of the hairy root , while 6-BA could promote marked the saponin accumulation and raise remarkably the proportion of ginsenoside Rb1 in the total saponin .
