摘要 | 利用RAPD标记技术对鹅掌楸属 (Liriodendron L .) 2个现存种鹅掌楸〔Liriodendron chinense (Hemsl.)Sarg.〕和北美鹅掌楸 (Liriodendron tulipifera Linn .) 的遗传多样性进行分析 ,结果表明 :2个种都有较高的遗传多样性 ,但北美鹅掌楸的遗传多样性水平高于鹅掌楸 ;鹅掌楸的遗传变异主要来自地理种源内 ,而北美鹅掌楸的遗传变异主要来自地理种源间 ;与美国密苏里和路易斯安娜的北美鹅掌楸相比 ,鹅掌楸的遗传距离更接近于南卡罗来那、北卡罗来那和佐治亚的北美鹅掌楸. |
Abstract | Comparison of genetic diversity of the two living species of Liriodendron L. 〔Liriodendron chinense ( Hemsl. )Sarg. and L . tulipifera Linn. 〕was conducted by means of RAPD markers. The results indicated that both species maintain a relatively high genetic diversity, the genetic variation level in L . tulipifera is higher than that in L .chinense , the diversity of the latter mainly exists within the provenance while that of the former mainly exists among the provenances. L . chinense is more close to the provenances of L. tulipifera in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia than those in Missouri and Louisiana of USA in genetic distance. |
