摘要 | 海边月见草(Oenothera drummondii Hook.)叶提取物经X-5大孔树脂吸附及体积分数10%、30%、50%和70%乙醇溶液梯度洗脱获得4个级分,研究了这4个级分对DPPH、·OH和O2·-的清除作用及其在卵黄脂蛋白过氧化体系中的抗氧化作用。4个洗脱级分均表现出较强的清除DPPH和·OH的能力,清除率随各级分浓度的升高而提高,其中,30%乙醇洗脱级分的清除作用最强,对DPPH和·OH的50%抑制浓度(IC50)分别为0.069和0.741g·L-1。浓度达1.0g·L-1,4个洗脱级分对O2·-均有一定的清除能力,且对卵黄脂蛋白过氧化作用的抑制率均在50%以上。结果表明,海边月见草叶提取物的不同浓度乙醇洗脱级分具有较强的清除自由基的能力,并有一定的抗卵黄脂蛋白过氧化的作用,但总体效果较槲皮素略差。 |
Abstract | Four fractions were obtained from Oenothera drummondii Hook. leaf extract adsorbed on macroporous resinX-5 byelutinggradientlywith 10%, 30%, 50%and 70%ethanol.Scavenging effects of four fractions on DPPH,·OH and O2·- as well as anti-oxidizing effects on lipid peroxidation of yolkli poprotein were investigated. The results showed that four fraction sex habited stronger scavenging abilities on DPPH and ·OH, and scavenging rate increased with concentration increasing. The scavenging ability of 30%ethanolfractionwas the strongest and its 50% inhibition concentration(IC50) on DPPH and ·OH was 0.069and 0.741g·L-1respectively. Four fractions with concentration 1.0g·L- 1 had a certain effect on scavenging O2·-, and they all inhibited yolk lipoprotein peroxide with inhibition rate of above 50%. Therefore, different concentrations of ethanol eluting fractions of leaf extract from O. drummondii possess strong radical scavenging ability and a certain anti-peroxide effect to yolk lipoprotein, but their effects are not so strong as that of quercetin. |
