Abstract

Some phy sical and chemical characteristics in neat fruit juice of common papermulberry ( Broussonetia papyri fera ( L.) Vent .) are analysed .The results showed that high activities of SOD and POD and rich contents of vitamine C, carotenoid, soluble sugar, flavonoid, essential amino acids and mineral elements are present .Abrief discussion about its utilization and development is given .
