华东地区青冈种群的等位酶变异
The allozymic variation of Cyclobalanopsis glauca populations in East China

摘要

华东地区6个青冈(Cyclobalanopsis glauca (Thunb. ) Oerst.)种群等位酶变异的检测结果表明,青冈种群的遗传变异较大,每位点含有的等位基因较多,平均为2.3个,种水平的平均每位点等位基因数目为.2.4。种群水平有效等位基因数目为1,446,种水平为1.467。Hardy-Weinberg平衡检验表明,青冈种群中不少位点偏离该平衡,其原因是种群内含有较多的纯合子,表现为多数位点的固定指数大于0,其中有9个位点的固定指数与0的偏差达到显著水平。

 

Abstract

Cyclobalanopsts glacce, an evergreen broadleaved woody plant species, widely distributes in subtropical area of China. 6 populations in East China were chozen to study their allozymic variation. C. glovca maintains high genetic variation. At the population level, mean number of alleles per loci is 2. 3 (range from 2. 1 to 2. 5) lower than that of species level (2. 4). The effective numbers of alleles of 6 populations are 1. 3 10 to 1. 659 (mean 1. 4 4 6) , while at the species level it is 1. 467. Chi-square test indicates a deviation from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium, which is caused by excess of homozygosites in populations, in a few loci.
