疏叶当归根的化学成分

摘要

从四川茂汶产的疏叶当归(Angelica laxifoliata Diels)根的乙醇提取物中分离得 9 个化合, 鉴定了 7 , 分别为当归内酯(白芷内酯)(ang elicin, Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol , Ⅲ)、β-胡萝卜甙(β-daucosterol, Ⅳ)、二十八碳酸(n-octacosanoic acid, Ⅴ)、蔗糖(sucrose, Ⅰ)、10-庚基-10-辛基-二十(10-heptyl-10-octyleicosane, Ⅵ )及疏叶香豆素(laxifolin, Ⅸ ), 其中疏叶香豆素为一新化合物, 钙拮抗有一定活性;2 个长链脂肪族化合物未鉴定9 个化合物都是从该植物中首次分离得疏叶当归根的乙醚提取物, 经气-质联用分析得 10 个挥发性成分, 主含当归内酯(65%), 还含少量的 δ-(l-甲基乙基乙烯基)-当归内酯〔δ-(l-methy lethylethenyl)-2H-furo(2 , 3-h)-l-benzopyrane-2-o ne〕、9, 12-十八碳二烯酸(9 , 12-octadecadienoic acid)、十六碳酸(hexadecanoic acid)、2-甲基-2-丁烯酸(2-methyl-2-butenoic acid)和乙酸乙酯(ethyl acetate), 其余 3 个成分未鉴定
 

Abstract

The root of Angelica lax ifoliata Diels has been used as a folk medicine for the treatment of rheumatism and invigorating the circulation of blood in some areas in Sichuan Province .From the ethanol fraction of the root , 9 compounds have been isolated , 7 of them have elucidated as :angelicin (Ⅱ), β-sitosterol (Ⅲ), β-daucosterol (Ⅳ), n-octacosanoic acid (Ⅴ), sucrose (Ⅰ), 10-hepty l-10-octy leicosane (Ⅵ )and laxifolin (Ⅸ ), compound of them is a new constituent and revealed a calcium antagonistic action ;the o ther 2 long-chain fatty compounds were not identified .From the etherial extracts , 10 volatile constituents have obtained by GC-MS methods and identified as angelicin (65 %), small amount of δ-(1-methy lethylethenyl)-2H-furo(2 ,3-
h)-1-benzopyrane-2-one , 9 , 12-octadecadienoic acid , hexadecanoic acid , 2-methyl-2
-
butenoic acid and ethyl acetate etc.;3 constituents were not identified .
