摘要 | 采用水培法研究了NaCl胁迫对不同种源青钱柳〔Cyclocarya paliurus(Batal.)Iljinskaja〕幼苗各部位离子分配、吸收与运输的影响。结果表明,0.085mol·L-1NaCl胁迫28d后,来源于安徽黄山的青钱柳幼苗根、茎、叶片及叶柄中的Na+/Ca2+和Na+/K+比值均最小;相同NaCl浓度胁迫下,3个种源青钱柳幼苗各部位的Na+/Ca2+比值较稳定。随NaCl浓度的升高,青钱柳幼苗从根系到茎的离子选择性运输能力提高,从叶柄到叶片的K+和Ca2+的离子选择性运输能力下降。综合分析结果表明,安徽黄山种源青钱柳幼苗的耐盐性高于云南昆明种源和江西九江种源。 |
Abstract | Effects of NaCl stress on ion distribution, absorption and transportation in all organs of Cyclocarya paliurus(Batal.) Iljinskaja seedling from different provenances were studied by water culture method. The results showed that ratios of Na+/Ca2+ and Na+/K+ in root, stem, leaf and petiole of seedling from Huangshan of Anhui Province were the lowest with 0.085mol·L-1 NaCl stress for 28d.The ratio of Na+/Ca2+ was more stable than that of Na+/K+ and Na+/Mg2+ in all organs of seedling from three provenances under the NaCl stress with same concentration. Ability of selective transportion of K+, Ca2+ and Mg2+ from root to stem was improved with NaCl concentration increasing, while that of K+ and Ca2+ from petiole to leaf was decreased gradually. It is concluded that the salt resistance of C. paliurus seedling from Huangshan of Anhui Province is better than that of provenances from Kunming of Yunnan Province and Jiujiang of Jiangxi Province. |
