The comparison of the effects of 9 kinds of plant root-induced agents at three different concentrations on soft-wood cutting in G. vestita Chun el How ex B. G. Li was conducted. It was demonstrated that G. D. developed by Lushan Botanical Garden, at the concentration of 500 μg/g was the most effective treatment. The second was ABT developed by Chinese Academy of Forestry. It was concluded that Gleditsia vestita could be propagated by cutting.
