摘要 | 阴山荠属(Yinshania)和泡果荠属(Hilliella)受试种类的染色体数目是:柔毛阴山荠(Y.henryi (Oliv.)Y.H.Zhang)2n=12,叉毛阴山荠(Y.furcatopilosa(Kuan)Y.H.Zhang)2n=12,双牌泡果养(H. shuangpaiensis Z.Y.Li)2n=44,黟县泡果齐(H.yixianensis Y.H.Zhang)2n=42,奇异泡果荠(H.paradoxa(Hance)Y.H.Zhang et H.W.Li)2n=42。两属皆具x=6,7的基数,但泡果荠属具较高的倍性。过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱显示,两属受试植物各具属相似性,在各属内,不同种的酶谱存在差异性。染色体数目和过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱的差异以及形态特征和地理分布的不同,表明这两属分立为独立的属是自然的。 |
Abstract | The chromosome numbers and peroxidase zymograms of 5 species of 2 genera, Yinshania and Hilliella, Cruciferae are reported. Their chromosome numbers are as follows: Y.henryi (Oliv.)Y.H.Zhang, 2n = 12 ; Y.furcatopilosa (Kuan ) Y. H. Zhang , 2n = 12 ; H.shangpiensis Z. Y. Li, 2n= 44; H. yumnmas Y. H. Zhang, 2n = 42; H.paradoxa (Hance) Y. H. Zhang et H. W. Li, 2n = 42. Now it is known that both Yinshaia and Hilliella have same base chromosome numbers x = 6, 7, but Hilliella is polyploidy. The peroxidase zymograms shows that there are generic similarities and specific variance among the species. The diffrence of chromosome numbers and peroxidase zymograms with that of morphological characters and geographical distribution of two genera indicate that they are natural as an independent genus respectively. |
