中药川独活与浙独活根香豆素成分比较研究
A comparative studies on coumarins eonstituents of Chinese crude drug "Chuanduhuo" and Zheduhuo"(Angelica biserrata (Shan et Yuan) Yuan et Shan

| Abstract | Seven coumarins, i. e osthol, columbianadin columbianetin and its acetate, angelol . isoimperatorin ,xanthotoxin were determined by TLC, HPLC rnethods from cultivated and wild Angelica biserrata (Shan etYuan ) Yuan et Shan ("Chuanduhuo" and "Zlleduhuo") : The contents of xanthotoxin. columbianetin and its acetate, osthol are 0.31%: , 0.62 % and 0.2 4 % respectively in the root of wild plantt and 0.41 % .1.26 % and 0. 42%( respectively in the root of cultivated plant. The results. of TLC analysis showed that two plants contain same constituents of coumarins. |
