By means of field investigation, specimen identification and related literatures, five species of wild plants belonging to five genera in five families were reported as new records in Shandong Province, viz. Orostachys chanetii ( H.Lév.) A. Berger, Potentilla ancistrifolia Bunge, Vicia sinogigantea B. J. Bao et Turland, Isodon rubescens ( Hemsl.) H.Hara and Hololeion maximowiczii Kitamura. Voucher specimens are deposited in Herbaria of School of Pharmacy, Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (SDCM).
