河南宝天曼自然保护区地处北亚热带向南暖温带过渡区域, 是中国中部地区唯一保持较完好的综合性森林生态系统类型, 栓皮栎( Quercus variabilis Bl.) 林是其植被的重要组成之一。 本文根据不同海拔的 15 块样地材料, 对栓皮栎林群落土壤组成、植物区系成分、群落外貌、群落结构特征及物种多样性进行了初步研究。 结果表明栓皮栎林群落土壤肥力较高, 区系组成丰富, 外貌结构典型, 植物物种多样性较高。
 

Baotianman Natural Reserve in Henan Province is located in the transitional area from north subtropical zone to south temperate zone, it is the only comprehensive forest ecosystem type which has been reserved w ell in the center area of China. Quercus variabilis forest is one of its important vegetation ty pes .Soil properties, flora, appearance, structure, and plant species diversity of Q .variabilis community were studied acco rding to the data from 15 plots at different elevation in the area .The results show that the soil is fertile, the flora is plentiful, the community stucture is typical and the plant species diversity is high .
