Abstract

The chemical components in the essential oils from two samples of Mentha cordifdia were analysed. Main constituents in the oils are carvone (59. 51 -64. 58 % ) , limonene ( 12. 42- 18. 62% ) , transcarveol (8. 62-10. 44%). dihydrocarvone (3.22-3.35%) and trans-carvyl acetate (1.05-2. 77%).
