甘草毛状根培养系统的建立及化学成分分析

摘要

利用发根农杆菌转化甘草(Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch .)外植体获得毛状根, PCR 法检测, 表明已转化成功应用均匀设计法与比较法, 建立了适合甘草毛状根的培养系统化学成分分析结果表明, 甘草毛状根含半胱亚磺, 不含胱氨酸, 商品甘草却含胱氨酸而不含半胱亚磺酸;甘草毛状根能合成多种黄酮成分, 其中甘草查尔酮 A 含量高达干重的 0.18%。
 

Abstract

Hairy roots of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch .were induced with Agrobacterium rhizogenes and
identified by PCR
.Using uniform. design method and comparative method , the appropriate culture system of the hairy roots was established .The result of chemical analysis showed that the hairy roots was absent of cystine but contained cysteine sulfinic acid that crude drug of G.uralensis was deficient .Some kinds of flavonoid components were analyzed by HPLC;licochalcone A , one of the flavonoids , occupied 0 .18 %in the dry hairy roots .
