Abstract

Poly acry lamide g el electrophoresis was employed to comparatively analyse the soluble protein zones of Cordyceps
sinensis
( Berk .) Sacc.from Qing hai, Yunnan, Sichuan Provinces and fermentative hyphae of Cordyceps sinensis from 4
factories
.T he results indicated that there are differences in constituents of protein zones among different samples.The
soluble protein zones of different sections of
Cordyceps sinensis are obviously different .This study can provide scientific basis for identification and quality evaluation of Cordyceps sinensis .
