摘要

从落叶松 ( Larix gmelinii ( Rupr. ) Rupr. ) 和水杉 ( Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu et Cheng )针叶中首次分离出聚戊烯乙酸酯 ,其结构由 1 HNM R13 CNM R鉴定为桦木聚戊烯醇型( betulaprenol) ,其异戊烯基结构单元数 ( n)HPLClogtr线性关系研究确定 n1024
 

Abstract

Polyprenol acetates were isolated from two needles of Larix gmelinii ( Rupr. ) Rupr. and Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu et Cheng for the first time. Structures of polyprenols were identified as betulaprenol type by 1 HNM R and 13 CNMR. The number of isopentene units ( n) was from 1024 by the linear relation between unit number of isopentene groups and the HPLC logtr.
