摘要 | 使用1 H-NM R法对 19种前胡 ( Peucedanum L. )乙醚提取物进行了测试和解析 ,其中 9种前胡的化学成分未见报道。 根据主要化学成分香豆素的类型 ,将含角型二氢吡喃香豆素的 10种前胡归入白花前胡类 ;含线型二氢吡喃香豆素或线型二氢呋喃香豆素的 8种前胡归为紫花前胡类。 研究结果表明 , 1 H-NM R法是鉴别中药前胡的快速、简便而可靠的检测方法。 |
Abstract | The 1 H-N M R spectra of etherial extracts of 19 wild Qian-Hu ( Radix Peucedani) were tested and analyzed. According to the coumarin types of main chemical component, the identification for 19 species were com pleted, in which 9 species were firstly reported. The 10 QianHu containing angular-type dihydropyrano coumarins should be grouped into Bei-Hua QianHu type ( Radix Peucedani praeruptori type) and the 8 Qian-Hu containing linear-type dihydropyrano coumarins or linear-type dihydrofurano coumarins should be grouped into Zi-Hua Qian-Hu type ( Radix Peucedani decursivi type) . The results show ed that the 1 H-N M R method is a quick, sim ple and reliable test method for identification Chinese crude drug of Peucedanum L. |
