摘要 | 采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用(HS-SPME-GC-MS)技术对来自8个产地的金钱蒲(Acorus gramineus Soland.)叶片和根状茎的挥发性成分进行鉴定和分析。结果显示:从8个产地金钱蒲叶片和根状茎中共鉴定出10大类74种化合物,其中,萜类化合物种类最多,芳烃类化合物相对含量最高;金钱蒲主要挥发性成分基本为草蒿脑,且叶片和根状茎中的草蒿脑相对含量接近。陕西省汉中市略阳县的金钱蒲叶片和根状茎中榄香素的相对含量最高,湖南省永州市双牌县的金钱蒲根状茎中1,2-二甲氧基-4-(1-丙烯基)-苯的相对含量最高。湖南省永州市双牌县的金钱蒲叶片中草蒿脑的相对含量明显高于根状茎,陕西省汉中市略阳县的金钱蒲叶片中榄香素含量明显高于根状茎。综上所述,可以对金钱蒲的叶片加以开发利用,并且不同产地金钱蒲的主要有效成分不同,在实际应用中应有所区分。 |
Abstract | The volatile components in leaf and rhizome of Acorus gramineus Soland. from eight producing areas were identified and analyzed by using headspace solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC-MS) technology. The results show that a total of 74 compounds belonging to 10 types are identified from leaf and rhizome of A. gramineus from eight producing areas, in which, the types of terpenes are the most, while the relative contents of aromatics are the highest; the main volatile component in A. gramineus is basically estragole, and the relative contents of estragole in leaf and rhizome are similar. The relative contents of elemicin in leaf and rhizome of A. gramineus from Lueyang County in Hanzhong City of Shaanxi Province are the highest, while that of 1,2-dimethoxy-4-(1-propenyl)--benzene in rhizome of A. gramineus from Shuangpai County in Yongzhou City of Hunan Province is the highest. The relative content of estragole in leaf of A. gramineus from Shuangpai County in Yongzhou City of Hunan Province is obviously higher than that in rhizome, and the content of elemicin in leaf from Lueyang County in Hanzhong City of Shaanxi Province is obviously higher than that in rhizome. In conclusion, the leaves of A. gramineus can be developed and utilized, and since A. gramineus from different producing areas have different main active components, they should be treated differently in practical applications.
