NaCl胁迫下摩西斗管囊霉对文冠果生长及叶片解剖结构和叶绿素荧光参数的影响
Effect of Funneliformis mosseae on growth and leaf anatomical structure and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Xanthoceras sorbifolium under NaCl stress

摘要

以摩西斗管囊霉〔Funneliformis mosseae (T. H. Nicolson et Gerd.) C. Walker et A. Schüßler〕为供试菌,对0(CK)、80、160、240和320 mmol·L-1 NaCl胁迫下未接种组和接种组文冠果(Xanthoceras sorbifolium Bunge)根系菌根侵染率、部分生长指标及叶片解剖结构、叶绿素荧光参数和叶绿素含量进行比较,并进行主成分分析和综合得分比较。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度升高,接种组的菌根侵染率逐渐降低;未接种组和接种组的单株干质量、地径、株高、实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)、最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和叶绿素含量逐渐降低,根冠比逐渐升高,叶片厚度、角质层厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、栅栏组织厚度与海绵组织厚度的比值、叶片组织结构紧密度和非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)总体上先升高后降低,叶片组织结构疏松度总体上先略降低再升高后趋于稳定,上表皮厚度和下表皮厚度则波动变化。相同浓度NaCl胁迫下接种组的生长指标、多数叶片解剖结构指标、叶绿素荧光参数和叶绿素含量总体上高于未接种组。除角质层厚度和上表皮厚度外,摩西斗管囊霉和NaCl单一处理对所有检测指标的影响均在0.05、0.01或0.001水平具有统计学意义,但二者交互作用仅对叶片厚度、角质层厚度和非光化学猝灭系数的影响在0.01或0.001水平具有统计学意义。前3个主成分的特征值均大于1,累计贡献率为91.608%。相同浓度NaCl胁迫下接种组的综合得分高于未接种组。研究结果显示:摩西斗管囊霉可有效缓解NaCl胁迫对文冠果的伤害,提高其耐盐性。

Abstract

Taking Funneliformis mosseae (T. H. Nicolson et Gerd.) C. Walker et A. Schüßler as test fungus, mycorrhizal infection rate of roots, some growth indexes and leaf anatomical structure, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and chlorophyll content in Xanthoceras sorbifolium Bunge in uninoculated and inoculated groups under 0 (CK), 80, 160, 240, and 320 mmol·L-1 NaCl stress were compared, and the principal component analysis and comprehensive score comparison were conducted. The results show that with the increase of NaCl concentration, the mycorrhizal infection rate of inoculated group gradually decreases; dry mass per plant, ground diameter, height, actual photochemical efficiency (ΦPSⅡ), photochemical quenching coefficient (qP), maximal photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm), and chlorophyll content of uninoculated and inoculated groups gradually decrease, root/shoot ratio gradually increases, leaf thickness, cuticle thickness, palisade tissue thickness, spongy tissue thickness, ratio of palisade tissue thickness to spongy tissue thickness, leaf tissue structure tense ratio, and non-photochemical quenching coefficient (NPQ) firstly increase and then decrease in general, leaf tissue structure loose ratio firstly slightly decrease then increase and finally tend to be stable in general, while upper epidermis thickness and lower epidermis thickness fluctuate. Under the same concentration of NaCl stress, growth indexes, most leaf anatomical structure indexes, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, and chlorophyll content of inoculated group are greater than those of uninoculated group in general. Except cuticle thickness and upper epidermis thickness, the effects of single treatments of F. mosseae and NaCl on all detection indexes are statistically significant at 0.05, 0.01, or 0.001 level, but the effects of their interaction are only statistically significant at 0.01 or 0.001 level on leaf thickness, cuticle thickness, and non-photochemical quenching coefficient. The eigenvalues of the first three principal components are all greater than 1, and their cumulative contribution rate is 91.608%. Under the same concentration of NaCl stress, the comprehensive score of inoculated group is greater than that of uninoculated group. It is suggested that F. mosseae can effectively alleviate the damage of X. sorbifolium caused by NaCl stress, and increase its salt tolerance.
