黔西北马缨杜鹃花红色素的毒性试验

| 摘要 | 马缨杜鹃( Rhododendron delavayi Franch.) 是贵州省分布较广的一种植物。 为提高其利用价值, 对花的红色素进行了毒性试验。 结果表明:急性毒性试验属实际无毒范围, A mes 试验, 骨髓细胞微核试验和精子畸形试验均未显示诱变作用。 为开发马缨杜鹃花资源提供了科学依据。 |
| Abstract | Rhododendron delavayi Franch .is widely distributed in northwest Guizhou .Toxic test of red pigment from its flower was investigated .The results showed that it belongs to non-toxic range from acute foxic test ;in Ames test, PCE micronuclear test and sperm aberration test, no positive effects were appeared .It will provide valuable basis for exploiting . |
