Abstract

The analysis of nutrients in Aucklandia lappa Decne.showed that there were mineral elements, fiber, proteins,
carbohydrates and vitamins including β-carotene, and at least 17 kind of amino acids.In which, the amount of total sugar, Glu,VB2 and calcium is relatively high .It provided the basic data for the utilization of the wild plants .
