The peduncle of Dionaea muscipula Ellis was cultured as induced material on 1/ 2M S + NAA 0.1 μmol/ L +BA 1 .0 μmol/L medium and adventitious buds were rapidly produced .Subcultures of these adventitious buds on different combination of NAA and BA media were established. It was proved that 1/ 2M S +NAA 0.1 μmol/ L +BA 0 .1 μmol/ L medium was most suitable for proliferation, on which the growth of both shoot and root was successful .
