The nutrient components and resistance indexes of Mentha crispate Schrad .ex Willd .were determined after introduced from Yunnan Province.The results showed that its nutrient components are accorded with the standard of modern food.The dry resistance was strong , the 80%-90 %of leaves were wilting at soil water content about 6.2 %.The cold resistance was poor, electrolyte leakage rate of leaves was 47.88% at 0℃ and LT50 was merely -0.9℃, So this plant grow unhealthy in field on winter in Nanjing.
