Abstract

T he analysis of Ziziphus mauritiana Lamk fruits nutrients showed tha t there are at least 17 kinds of amino acid and mineral elements, in addition to fibers , proteins, carbohydrates and vitamins including β-carotene .It provided the basic data for the utilization of this wild plant.
