研究了不同质量浓度ZT和2iP对南方高丛蓝浆果(Vaccinium corymbosum hybrids)优选系A47、A119和A167丛生枝的增殖倍数、质量、含水量和长度的影响。结果表明,在0.5～3.0mg·L^-1质量浓度范围内,随ZT质量浓度提高,3个优选系丛生枝的总增殖倍数、有效增殖倍数、鲜质量、干质量、含水量及总长度均呈增加趋势,而平均长度则呈下降趋势。在2.5～15.0mg·L^-1质量浓度范围内,随2iP质量浓度提高,3个优选系丛生枝的总增殖倍数和含水量先增加后下降,在2iP质量浓度为5.0～10.0mg·L^-1时达到峰值;有效增殖倍数、总长度和平均长度一直呈下降趋势;鲜质量和干质量无明显的变化规律。在改良WPM培养基中添加2.0～3.0mg·L^-1ZT或5.0～10.0mg·L^-12iP可使3个南方高丛蓝浆果优选系丛生枝有较高的增殖倍数,而添加0.5～1.0mg·L^-1ZT或2.5mg·L^-12iP可使丛生枝生长较好。此外,优选系A47和A167丛生枝的增殖倍数显著高于优选系A119。 

Effect of different concentrations of ZT and 2iP on proliferation times, weight, water content and length of clumpy shoot of superior strain A 47, A 119 and A 167of southern highbush  blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum hybrids) was studied. The results show that in concentration range of 0.5-3.0mg·L^{- 1}, the total proliferation times, effective proliferation times, fresh weight, dry weight, water content and total length of clumpy shoot of three superior strains appear in creasing trend with ZT concentration increasing, while the average length of clumpy shoot appears decreasing trend. In concentration range of 2.5- 15.0mg·L^-1, the total proliferation times and water content of clumpy shoot of three superior strains increase firstly and then decrease with 2iP concentration increasing, and reach the peak values with 2iP concentration of 5.0- 10.0mg·L^{- 1}. However, effective proliferation times, total length and average length of clumpy shoot decrease gradually with 2iP concentration increasing, and fresh weight and dry weight have no obvious variation trend. It is suggested that high proliferation times of clumpy shoot of three superior strains can be obtained by cultured with modified WPM medium containing 2.0- 3.0 mg·L^{- 1} ZT or  5.0- 10.0mg·L^{- 1}  2iP, and clumpy shoots grow better by cultured with modified WPM  medium containing 0.5- 1.0 mg·L^{- 1}ZTor 2.5 mg·L^{- 1} 2iP. Furthermore, the proliferation times of clumpy shoot of superior strain A 47and A 167are significantly higher than that of superior strain A 119.
