Nine compounds were isolated and identified from petroleum ether fraction of ethanol extracts from branches and leaves of Fissistigma minuticalyx （McGr. et W. W. Sm.） Chatterjee. They are luteolin （1）， apigenin （2）， lobetyol （3）， isolobetyol （4）， lobetyolin （5）， erythro-guaiacylglycerol-β-O-4′-coniferyl ether （6）， pinoresinol （7）， loliolide （8）， and scoparone （9）. All of them are isolated firstly from F. minuticalyx.
