Main economic traits of fresh fruit of eleven lines of Prunus salicina ‘Zuili’ were analyzed and evaluated. The results show that average contents of total sugar, titratable acid, soluble solid, V_C and soluble protein in fresh fruit of eleven lines are 15. 40% , 0. 85% , 13. 20% , 1. 186 mg· g-1 and 0. 46 mg· g^-1 , respectively, meaning that fruit quality of these lines are better. But, differences in contents of soluble solid, total sugar, titratable acid and V_C are great, while difference in content of soluble protein is small. Overall, fruit quality of Line 4 and Line 9 are excellent, which can be used as potential lines for cultivating excellent cultivar of ‘Zuili’.
