不同前处理条件对薄荷种子萌发的影响
Effect of different pro-treatment conditions on seed germination of Mentha haplocalyx Briq.

摘要

研究了不同质量浓度(10~250mg·L-1)赤霉素(GA3)以及清水浸种不同时间(6~36h)、层积不同时间(5~20d)和超声波处理不同时间(5~25min)对薄荷(Mentha haplocalyx Briq.)种子萌发的影响。结果表明,用100~200mg·L-1 GA3处理6h,薄荷种子的发芽启动时间缩短且发芽率和发芽势均显著高于对照,其中,用150mg·L-1GA3浸种,薄荷种子的发芽率最高(57.3%)。用清水浸种6~36h后,薄荷种子的发芽启动时间和发芽持续时间与对照无显著差异,但浸种12h的薄荷种子发芽率极显著高于对照。于10℃层积5~15d后,薄荷种子的发芽率和发芽势极显著高于对照,发芽启动时间也与对照差异显著,其中层积5~10d的种子发芽率较高,达47.8%~52.4%。用功率50W、频率40kHz超声波处理5~20min后,薄荷种子发芽率较对照有极显著提高,其中用超声波处理10min的薄荷种子发芽率最高,达到68.3%。研究结果显示,使用功率50W、频率40kHz的超声波处理10min是打破薄荷种子休眠的最佳方法,可显著提高薄荷种子的发芽率。 

Abstract

The effects of different concentrations of GA3(10- 250mg·L- 1)and water soaking time(6- 36h),  stratification time (5- 20d), ultrasonic wave treatment time(5- 25min)on seed germination of Mentha haplocalyx Briq. were studied. The results show that germination rate and germinationenergy of M. haplocalyx seeds treated with 100- 200mg·L- 1GA3 for 6h are obviously higher than those of the control and germination starting time shortens, in which germination rate of seeds treated with 150mg·L- 1GA3 is the highest (57. 3%). After water soaked for 6- 36h,  seed germination starting time and lasting time are not significantly different to those of the control, but germination rate of seeds soaked for 12h are obviously higher than that of the control. After stratificated in 10℃ for 5- 15d, germination rate and germination energy of seeds are very obviously higher than those of the control, and germination starting time has significantly different to that of the control. The seeds stratificated for 5- 10d possess higher germination rate with a percentage of 47.8%- 52.4%. After ultrasonic wave(50W, 40kHz) treated for 5- 20min, seed germination rate is very obviously higher than that of the control, in which with ultrasonic wave treated for 10min, the seeds possess the highest germination rate with a percentage of 68.3%. It is suggested that the best method for breaking dormancy of M. haplocalyx seed is using 50W, 40kHz ultrasonic wave treating for 10min, which can make germination rate of M. haplocalyx seed obviously improving.
