Nutritional components in Viola delavayi Franch. were determined. Seventeen kinds of animo acid were analyzed. The results showed that there are mineral elements, fiber, protein, fatty, sugar and vitamins including β-carotene in V. delavayi. The amount of total sugar is 43.30%, V_B2)) 8.07 μg·g^-1, Glu 1.87 mg·g^-1 and Potassium 178.21 μg·g^-1. These results provided the basic data for the utilization of V. delavayi.
