野生植物灰叶堇菜的营养成分分析
Analysis of nutritional components of wild plant Viola delavayi

Abstract | Nutritional components in Viola delavayi Franch. were determined. Seventeen kinds of animo acid were analyzed. The results showed that there are mineral elements, fiber, protein, fatty, sugar and vitamins including β-carotene in V. delavayi. The amount of total sugar is 43.30%, VB2)) 8.07 μg·g-1, Glu 1.87 mg·g-1 and Potassium 178.21 μg·g-1. These results provided the basic data for the utilization of V. delavayi. |
